The Aging Well Podcast usually covers exercise, nutrition and the science of a long life. This episode covers a part of aging that's harder to measure: being known. Patrick built Porchlight after his father died, around the time his first daughter was born, with a lot of stories never passed on. He and Dr. Armstrong talk about the aide on a first shift who knows a room number and a care plan and nothing else, the adult daughter four states away, why the tool is one button with no passwords, and why Patrick won't make clinical claims about any of it.
